THE SESSION

What does a session typically look like?

We usually start with allowing you to describe areas of concern or where you would like to see improvements, please be as candid and as uncensored as possible – I encourage you to let it out! We navigate together what some of these moments look like (examples are great). Then we will explore possible causes, approaches, tools, strategies, resources, materials, and practical solutions that you can implement with your family as a unit. I’ll follow up with an email that summarizes the plan of action and include many of the printable tools and suggested resources that we discussed.

THE SERVICE

To keep things simple and stress free, I offer one all-inclusive package (drinks not included) that allows us enough time for you to vent out your frustrations and for us to navigate tools, strategies and resources that will work within your family home and its dynamic. We will come up with a plan you can start executing right away.

Agile Parenting Support Package: $225

1.5 hour (up to 2 hours) virtual or phone session

Follow up email that summarizes the tools, strategies, and resources that we discussed. Most items will be  printable attachments, websites, or videos that you can use and navigate, a few may be items that you can choose to purchase if you wish, but not necessary.

Support through email for one month after the session (emails will be answered within 2 business days).

Please note that as part of the package there is an intake form as well as an understanding of services/confidentiality form that will need to be filled out, signed, and returned to me.

I acknowledge that there are financial barriers to accessing mental health support services, and I would like to help alleviate those barriers as much as possible. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me, to see if we can make something work for your personal situation.

TESTIMONIALS

LEAH
Mom of two

I have found Katie is the type of support you want in your corner when it’s hard to stay afloat. She’s one of the best problem solvers I have ever met. She has always offered me practical, down to earth suggestions that make sense in the real world. Her overall approach to care is non-judgmental, relatable and fun. You can be yourself, let your guard down and find a friendly life preserver on the choppy seas of parenting.

BROOK
Registered Social Worker

Katie is an outstanding parenting coach! As a Registered Social Worker, I have had the pleasure of working alongside Katie for just over two years. Her practice in the field and knowledge of evidence-based strategies, along with her use of creative, strength-based interventions, allow her to guide, inspire and support the parents and caregivers she is working with.
Katie is highly attuned with her clients and truly puts her heart and soul into her work. Additionally, her non-judgmental and compassionate demeanour provide each and every client the safe space to be who they are and become the caregiver they want to be. I am happy to be giving Katie my highest recommendation!

Katie is simply amazing, she's mindful and caring. She's able to dive in with the right questions that address the core of the issue and provide support and resources that guided our family to strenghting our communication.

KAREN
Mom of three

I have been blessed to work with Katie to realign my parental priorities. Through encouragement, support and feedback, I was able to repair a damaged relationship with my daughter. Her personal approach put me at ease reassuring me that parenting is a tough job and not always enjoyable. I feel better equipped to tackle issues by pulling from a toolkit of techniques that Katie helped me build. I am truly a better parent thanks to Katie.
